What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Partner with complex emotional needs team to deliver operational pathways
- Serve as a beacon of empowerment and support for individuals accessing our service
- Offer personalised, non-clinical wellbeing support and safety plans
- Offer compassionate guidance and assistance to those navigating acute emotional distress
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience within a mental health service, providing support to individuals navigating mental health and wellbeing issues
