How we'll support you

Whether you have your own place, or would like a Mind guaranteed charity place, we will be with you every step of the way.

We offer all our runners a fantastic support package including:

  • loads of training and fundraising advice
  • regular email updates
  • a Mind running vest
  • a dedicated and experienced project manager who will provide information and support in the run up to your event

Join our team!

There are two ways in which you can join the Mind team

1. Mind Charity Place: Each year Mind have a number of guaranteed places in the event and if you would like to run on one of these we ask that you pay a registration fee of £35 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £350.

2. Secured your spot in the ballot: If you have been lucky enough to gain your own place from the event organisers through the ballot - congratulations! We would love you to join our team. You don't have to a raise a minimum level of sponsorship - your help, and any funds you raise for Mind will be gratefully received.

Becoming a runner for Mind - Sophie's story

As someone with Bipolar Disorder, fundraising for Mind has been an incredible experience. It has been an absolute honour to run for Mind again this year and I could not be more proud.

Read Sophie's story

At the age of 54, with no previous running experience, I signed up for my very first 10k. I wore my Mind vest with pride and ran every step with Sam in my heart. I hope that my contribution may help someone else’s loved one.
