About the role

Wandsworth & Westminster Mind has been delivering services and support for people living in Wandsworth, Westminster and in some neighbouring boroughs for over 40 years. Our aim is to help people in our local communities to have better mental health and wellbeing and to live the best lives possible.
We are seeking a suitably experienced Social Inclusion Project Worker to join the team at our wellbeing hub in Wandsworth. Your role will be to work with service users providing support and identifying goals and ways of achieving them and evidencing on VIEWS database.  As part of our group and outreach programme you will facilitate groups and report on outcomes and achievements quarterly.   In addition you will collect and report on data using outcome measures such as the Mental Health Warwick Edinburgh Wellbeing Scale.  You will develop good working relationships with external and attend external meetings.  Experience of working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems and a good understanding of community mental health teams are key to this role, as are knowledge and understanding of personal budgets.
