About the role

Mind in Camden provides a range of services:  Phoenix, a Wellbeing & Recovery service; REST, a tranquilliser addiction service; Hearing Voices projects for: young people, voice hearers in prison and refugee and asylum seekers; a social prescribing service project and now a Healthy Minds Community Project.

Working with Camden & Islington Foundation Trust Assessment & Advice team and Voluntary Action Camden, you will lead a small team of a worker and volunteers to link people referred to the Trust to mainstream and community services.  VAC will provide a social prescribing service.

You need excellent communication, partnership and collaborative working skills; will be a strong leader and well-developed working practice of supporting clients with mental health needs from a strengths based approach.
