A will to help

A will is a good way to plan for the needs of your family and loved ones. By leaving a gift to Mind you can also help make sure that in the future no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

Read here about your different options, get more information and order our free guide packed with useful information on wills. When our free will offer is available you can register here for this. With the offer, there’s no obligation to leave a gift to Mind in your will. If you feel able to include a gift, for example a percentage of your estate, any gift makes a real difference.

Our short film shows how gifts in wills help provide support and advice to anyone coping with a mental health problem.

The free will offer is temporarily withdrawn

Please note our free will offer has been temporarily withdrawn. We anticipate this will be just for a short period of time, and will honour registrations received up to and including Wednesday 30 November 2016.

All those registered before this cut-off date, can continue to make or update their will with a participating solicitor as per normal.

Recent demand for the offer has been high, and has helped many people choose to include a gift to Mind in their will. Please check with us early in 2017, when we expect to be able to open the offer again.

If you feel that you would like to share your story with us, we will be delighted to hear from you. People have told us that they feel empowered to talk or write about their experiences.

Whether you want to share more about why you support Mind or how we have made a difference in your life, feel free to get in touch.

We have found our supporters like to hear about other people's stories. This can help our fundraising and awareness work. Crucially, for many people knowing they are not alone in coping with a mental health problem, helps. Email us, to share your story.
