We're looking for an aspirational, innovative leader who's passionate about improving the experience of crisis care for people struggling with their mental health.
What you'll do
In this role you'll:
- Be part of the team managing the delivery of services in the adult therapeutic services directorate
- Line manage the Listening Space and Safe Haven teams
- Ensure services within the directorate operate safely and with the required levels of trained staff
- Support good clinical practice and carry out risk assessments
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience of giving management support or supervision
- Experience of delivering projects to ensure they are safe and meet the service outcomes
- Experience of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to deliver services
- Willingness to undertake training and qualifications relevant to role
- Level 5 or above qualification in relevant subject, for example psychology, social care, healthcare
- Knowledge of emotional wellbeing and mental health issues
- Knowledge of approaches to support people to achieve better mental health
- Knowledge of mental health or emotional wellbeing services or other relevant services
